About Club Pilates
Pilates is a system of exercises that seek to create a strong core & balanced body in everyone - leaving no muscle over- or under-trained. Club Pilates provides exceptional Reformer-based Pilates classes, true to Joseph Pilates’s original method. Our dynamic group class are available at a variety of levels and at convenient class times. Our goal is ambitious, yet simple: we want to fulfill Joseph Pilates’ dream of bringing his workout to every person who can benefit from a stronger body and a more balanced life.
What’s included with the Wellness Passport
One Complimentary 30-minute Intro Class - Designed to introduce you to Club Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, and workout method. This is required for those who have never been on a Pilates Reformer!
Three Drop-in Classes - You will have your choice of attending three classes at Club Pilates Downtown Birmingham. There are 9 different class formats that are divided into 4 class levels - learn about them here!
*The 12 noon class is not included for Passport Holders.
How to sign up for Classes at Club Pilates
Contact the studio to get set up for your free 30-minute Intro class! After getting familiar with the Pilates Reformer during the intro class, you will be able to sign up for classes online.
