About Three15

Three15 is a new concept that was conceived after a search for the perfect workout. Three15’s Founder & Creator, Mandy Moseley, found that she loved barre, but she also loved cardio. Unfortunately, she could never find a class that allowed her to do both, so Three15 was born. Three15 is a group exercise class in a studio that offers 15 minutes of cycling, 15 minutes of barre, and 15 minutes of strength work.

What’s included with the Wellness Passport

Three classes-The passport holders will be able to attend 3 classes at our new downtown studio location. When classes become available, they will be able to sign up and reserve a bike using the wellness passport. 

How to Register or Redeem Your Classes

Make an account and register through and bring your passport in to redeem classes and get a stamp. Show front desk staff your passport when you arrive.
